COCKTAILS



Known for her fresh takes and laid-back style, Bex of @bardebex has crafted a few easy, delicious recipes using Zarpado. Made for slow sips, good company, and wherever the day takes you.

- 2 oz Tequila Zarpado Blanco
- 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 0.5 oz Mango Syrup*
- (Add 2 Dashes of Scrappy's Firewater Tincture if you wanna add some heat)
Use a lime wedge and black sea salt to add a half or full salted rim to your rocks glass, then put it aside. Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously to chill. Strain into your salted-rimmed rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a lime wheel.

- 2 oz Tequila Zarpado Blanco
- 0.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 0.5 oz Strawberry Syrup
- 1 dash Scrappy's Firewater Tincture
- 3-4 Mint Leaves
- 2 oz Ginger Beer
Muddle mint and strawberry syrup. Combine remaining ingredients into a cocktail shaker (excluding ginger beer). Add ice and shake to chill. Double-strain into a double-rocks glass over fresh ice. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with strawberry, lemon, and mint sprig.

- 1.75 oz Zarpado Blanco Tequila
- 0.5 oz Ancho Reyes Verde Chile Liqueur
- 0.5 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
- 0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 0.25 oz Blackberry Syrup
- 4-5 drops Bittermens Hellfire Habanero Shrub
Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously to chill. Strain into a rocks glass over a large fresh ice cube. Garnish with pineapple fronds and a blackberry skewer.

PINEAPPLE MARGARITA

- 2 oz TEQUILA ZARPADO BLANCO
- 1/2 oz triple sec
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz agave syrup
- 1 oz pineapple juice
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake + strain into a glass with ice. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.

BLOOD ORANGE MARGARITA

- 3 oz TEQUILA ZARPADO BLANCO
- 1 oz Gran Marnier
- 4 oz blood orange juice
- 1 oz agave nectar
- 4 mint leaves
Garnish 2 glasses with rock salt. Set glasses aside. Muddle the mint in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Add remaining ingredients, and ice, to the shaker. Shake and strain into each glass.

ALMOND BROTHER

- 2 oz TEQUILA ZARPADO BLANCO
- 1/4 oz Amaretto
- 1 tsp Apricot Liqueur
- 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
- 1/4 oz Orgeat
- 1/4 oz maple syrup
Add all ingredients to a shaking tin + add ice. Shake well and double strain into a coupe or over ice into a rocks glass.

GRAPEFRUIT SOUR

- 2 oz TEQUILA ZARPADO BLANCO
- 1 oz lime juice
- 1 oz grapefruit juice
- 1/2 oz agave syrup
- 1 egg white
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker + shake for 20 seconds. Add ice and shake again until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass.

EQUAL PARTS PRIDE

- 1 oz TEQUILA ZARPADO BLANCO
- 1 oz blanc vermouth
- 1 oz Compari
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice, shake, pour over ice.

TOUCAN MA'AM

- 1 1/2 oz TEQUILA ZARPADO BLANCO
- 3/4 oz passionfruit liqueur
- 3/4 oz pineapple juice
- 3/4 oz lime juice
- 3/4 oz cream of coconut
- 6 dashes of Peychaud's Bitters
- Garnish: nutmeg + lime slice
Combine all ingredients except garnishes in a shaking tin with ice. Shake, strain, pour cocktail into a rocks glass over crushed ice. Grate fresh nutmeg over top. Garnish with lime wheel.
